I wish the government to found an online library where bilingually accessible the big books, small books, gazettes, and all sorts of mediums relating to all of the laws, rules, regulations, orders, and procedures, etc., enacted in Myanmar throughout its history. As a citizen, I think those shouldn't be needed to purchase if just for read (not to keep physically), which he/she has to know and subject. 😌
